Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Information you submit: business details, your explanation of the situation, contact details, uploaded files, and voice recordings.
- Public information: when you provide a business URL or public listing, we may fetch basic public metadata (page title, description) to reduce what you need to type manually. Every extracted fact is stored with its source, confidence, and collection date — it is never silently treated as confirmed.
- Usage information: aggregate, privacy-conscious analytics about how the site is used. We do not send submission content to analytics providers.
2. How we use it
To review your submission, prepare a proposal if appropriate, deliver purchased reviews, process payments, implement approved work, and measure results. Internal notes and AI-assisted analysis are visible only to MEnterprise Firm Inc. staff — never to other clients.
3. AI-assisted analysis
We may use an AI provider to help summarize submissions and draft preliminary analysis. AI output is clearly separated into confirmed, inferred, assumed, and unknown information, and a human administrator reviews and approves anything before it is sent to you. If no AI provider is configured, your submission is still received and available for manual review.
4. File storage and access
Uploaded files are stored in access-controlled private storage. Access is limited to you, members of your organization, and assigned MEnterprise Firm Inc. staff, enforced by row-level security and short-lived signed URLs — files are never served through public URLs.
5. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Payment confirmation is verified server-side via signed webhook events, never solely by a browser redirect.
6. Data retention
We retain case and engagement records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet reasonable business record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we're required to retain.
7. Your choices
You may decline to submit optional information, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through your client portal.
