Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Paid reviews
Fixed-price reviews (Scan, Focused, Connected) may be cancelled before work has started for a full refund. Once review work has begun, fees are non-refundable, reflecting time and resources already committed.
2. Implementation deposits
Deposits fund the start of approved implementation work. If you cancel before any work has begun, the deposit is refundable less any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., third-party licenses purchased on your behalf). Once implementation work has started, deposits are non-refundable; unbilled remaining scope is simply not delivered.
3. Milestone and balance payments
Milestone and balance payments are billed only for work delivered or in progress at the time of billing.
4. Full Business Operations Analysis
Refund terms for custom-scoped engagements are stated in the scoping agreement for that engagement.

Contact us through your client portal or the email associated with your case, referencing your case number.
