Review Service Terms

1. Scope by tier
The Practical Effect Scan ($500), Focused Internal Efficiency Review ($1,500), Connected Internal Efficiency Review ($3,000), and Full Business Operations Analysis (from $5,000, custom scoped) each have the deliverables described on the pricing and review pages at the time of purchase. Deliverables are standalone findings — they are not an implementation and do not include implementation work.
2. Payment and access
Fixed-price reviews are paid in full at checkout. Full Operations Analysis engagements are scoped first, then quoted and invoiced separately. Internal reviews may require access to systems, data, or personnel — we request only what's needed for the stated scope, and we'll tell you what and why.
3. Timing
Review timelines depend on tier and the promptness of information/access provided. Typical ranges will be communicated at intake; they are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Findings are not guarantees
Reviews report what we observed and what we recommend. They do not guarantee that implementing a recommendation will produce a specific financial result.
5. Confidentiality
Information and access provided for a review are used only to deliver that review and any resulting proposal, and are handled per our Privacy Policy.
