Proposal Acceptance Terms

1. What approval means
Approving a proposal means you accept the described scope, deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, price, and timeline as the basis for the engagement, subject to the validation items listed in the proposal. Approval requires your typed legal name, confirmation that you have the authority to approve the engagement on behalf of your business, and acceptance of these terms — all timestamped and recorded against the specific proposal version you approved.
2. Funding
A proposal is not considered funded until the required deposit payment is confirmed by our payment processor's webhook — never merely on a successful checkout redirect. Implementation begins after funding is confirmed.
3. Assumptions and validation
Proposals rely on stated assumptions and information available at the time of preparation. Items listed as "validation required after approval" will be confirmed during onboarding. If validation reveals a material discrepancy from what the proposal assumed, we will present the revised scope, price, or timeline for your approval before proceeding on the new basis.
4. Milestone and balance payments
Where a proposal specifies milestone or balance payments, those are billed as described in the proposal's investment section, tied to the stated milestones.
5. Versioning
Proposals may be revised at your request or ours. Each version is recorded; approval applies to the specific version you approved, not to superseded versions.
