Terms of Service

1. Who this applies to

These terms govern your use of the MEnterprise Firm Inc.website and application ("the Service"), including free submissions, paid business reviews, proposals, implementation engagements, and the client portal. The Service is intended for established, operating businesses — not for regulated professional advice, personal use, or speculative/pre-revenue ventures without an operating business behind them.

2. Free submissions

• Submitting a business situation is free and creates no payment obligation.
• A free submission is not a promise of a proposal. Possible outcomes include a request for clarification, a directional response, a decision that the matter is outside scope, a referral elsewhere, or an implementation proposal.
• Preliminary reviews rely on the information you provide and reasonably available public information. They are not exhaustive audits.

3. Paid reviews

Business efficiency reviews (Scan, Focused, Connected, and Full Operations Analysis) are paid engagements with defined scope and deliverables, described at the time of purchase. Paid reviews provide standalone findings; any resulting implementation work is separately scoped, priced, and approved.

4. Proposals and implementation

Implementation work does not begin until you have approved a proposal and required payment has been confirmed. Exact implementation details may require validation after approval; material scope discrepancies discovered during onboarding require your approval before work proceeds on the new basis.

5. Measurement, not guarantees

30/60/90-day reviews measure observed results against an established baseline. They document what changed and what didn't. They do not guarantee any financial outcome.

6. Account and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any magic-link access you request.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEnterprise Firm Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
